How much does this job pay?
Depending on the shift, employees begin between $19.50/hr. – $22.50/hr. plus a monthly bonus that is 20% – 52% of your base pay. The monthly bonus is based on our plantwide KPI’s (key performance indicators) as well as individual efficiency. Effectively, that means an extra.
Plus, we have scheduled and training increases throughout your 1st year.
What are the shift timings?
When starting at Cardinal IG Hudson, we offer an 8hr. or a 10hr. shift. You will also have the opportunity to work overtime.
1st Shift (early): 4:00am to 12:00pm
1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
2nd Shift (early): 12:00pm to 8:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:15pm to 10:45pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
Wednesday – Saturday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
Saturday – Tuesday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
What are the qualifications required for a production position?
Qualifications/Physical Requirements For All Openings:
- Must be 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Basic maths, computer, and tape measuring skills
- Must be able to meet production standards
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be able to stand, walk, grasp, push, pull, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds
What is the Bonus?
The Bonus is an opportunity for all our teammates to make more money. And if we meet our quality and production goals, we all make money. You can earn up to 52% of your base pay each month!
